I started working for Driving Force as a Branch Administrator for Ellesmere Port in 2012 when the company was still under the Gap Personnel group.
I had originally planned on working my way up the ranks and becoming a proficient recruitment consultant but it soon became clear I had a flair for compliance and payroll and by 2015 I had been promoted to Senior Branch Administrator and was in charge of running a regional payroll for 3 branches.
In 2017, Driving Force became its own separate entity now known as Driving Force Recruitment Ltd and it was time for my career to progress further again. But not before we recruited and trained 2 new Branch Administrators to take my place in running the payroll/administration for the North West Region.
At the beginning of 2018 I was promoted to Compliance and Training Manager across the whole company.
