Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure profitability for the company by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.</li>
<li>Cultivate and build strong connections with clients.</li>
<li>Effectively understand and respond to clients' needs with a plan to meet or exceed their expectations.</li>
<li>Strengthen market position by locating, developing, defining, promoting, negotiating, and securing new business through successful sales closures.</li>

<li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and provide knowledgeable advice to others</li>

Skills &amp; Experience:

<li>Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales, specializing in warehousing services.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills for establishing and cultivating client relationships.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the Groupage and Warehousing market.</li>
<li>Self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, plan strategically, and act independently.</li>

<li>Proficient in business development and adept at building strong relationships.</li>
<li>Existing industry connections to seamlessly integrate and start contributing immediately.</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills.</li>

<li>Use Azyra as your central system for managing transport details and documents, ensuring accuracy and leveraging real-time features for revenue and records.</li>
<li>Engage with new hauliers to boost profit margins and foster strong supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Identify the most efficient transportation methods for timely delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Seamlessly oversee the entire booking process to enhance operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Submit detailed weekly reports every Thursday to provide valuable insights.</li>
<li>Utilize different freight exchanges and platforms to maximize operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Focus on growing and developing our account in line with the current business plan.</li>
