Role : Class 1 Weekend driver
Location: Severn Beach (BS35)
PAYE: £21.00 - £23.50 p/h PAYE. Days and Nights
Saturday Days - £21.00
Saturday Nights - £22.34
Sunday Days - £22.34
Sunday Nights - £23.50
Contract Type: Ongoing/ADHOC
Shift Pattern - Saturday and Sunday Days 05:00/06:00 start Nights 15:00/16:00 starts
Required: Minimum 6months class 1 experience required
Driving Force Recruitment Ltd are currently offer an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Weekend drivers for our client based in Severn Beach (BS35)
The job will be distributing to retail stores with a curtain side trailer, single or doubled -deck. Unloaded by fork lift so you don't have to unload. Normally 1/2 drops per shift.
We have shifts also in the week but more requirement on weekends.
The right candidate will have an enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service.
Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.
Closing date: 10.01.2025
Desired Skills:
Driving License, Digi card and Drivers CPC Card
Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work.
Good Geographical Knowledge
Minimum of 6 Months experience on C+E license.
Excellent communication skills.
Unfortunately, we cannot use any candidates with DR10 or CD10 on your license.
A maximum of 6 points on your licence.
Ongoing, temporary and part-time shifts are available.
