Responsibilities:

• Ensure profitability for the company by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Cultivate and build strong connections with clients.
• Effectively understand and respond to clients' needs with a plan to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Strengthen market position by locating, developing, defining, promoting, negotiating, and securing new business through successful sales closures.
• Achieve new business wins and meet agreed targets in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and provide knowledgeable advice to others

Skills & Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales, specializing in warehousing services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for establishing and cultivating client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the Groupage and Warehousing market.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, plan strategically, and act independently.

• Proficient in business development and adept at building strong relationships.
• Existing industry connections to seamlessly integrate and start contributing immediately.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with a diverse audience, both internally and externally, as well as presentation abilities.
• Flexible approach to work, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
